Thank you for supporting the Land Legacy Trust and our mission to promote ethical stewardship and land justice. Each product and session we offer is created with care, professionalism, and deep purpose.

Digital Products & Templates

All digital downloads — including the Land Trust Agreement Template, Will & Inheritance Clauses Template, and Land Legacy Binder Kit materials — are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
Because these are instantly delivered digital products that contain editable legal materials, we cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after your order is completed.

We encourage all customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchase. If you have questions about whether a template or session is right for you, please reach out before completing your order.

Physical Products (Printed Binder Kits)

Due to the custom nature of our printed and assembled materials, all physical binder kits are final sale and non-returnable once shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at connect@mothertreeresources.com, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or correction.

Consultations & Strategy Sessions

Payments for Land Trust Strategy Sessions and other one-on-one consultations are non-refundable, as your time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll gladly offer an alternate date.
